The Galatyn offers expansive two- and three-bedroom residences with high ceilings and thoughtfully designed layouts that evoke the grace of a private estate. Two exclusive penthouses crown the building, each featuring double volume living spaces, multiple terraces, and enhanced finish selections.


Select model residences are available for private tours by appointment.


The Galatyn maintains an intimate scale, with a limited number of three homes per floor to ensure privacy and quiet.


Yes. Interior personalization and post-occupancy upgrades may be available, pending management approval.


Residences include high-end Monogram appliances, stone countertops, custom cabinetry, designer lighting, and curated hardware throughout. Walk-in closets feature custom shelving, and a built-in valet stand for added function and refinement.

Leasing, Ownership & Availability

The Galatyn is a rental residence, created for those who seek the flexibility of leasing while enjoying the space, privacy, and architectural character typically reserved for ownership.

Standard lease terms are 18-24 months. Please contact the leasing team for current availability and options.

Your monthly lease includes access to all amenities, valet and concierge services, controlled access parking, and residence management support. Utilities are billed separately.

There are no additional amenity fees—access to all building amenities is included in your lease.

Parking at The Galatyn is exclusively valet. Each residence includes full-service valet access within the controlled-access underground garage—offering a seamless, hands-free arrival and departure experience befitting a private and well-attended address.

Yes. EV charging is available in the garage for electric vehicle owners.

Yes. Guests may use valet services.

Yes. The building includes controlled access bike storage for residents.

Maintenance & Support

Residents may submit maintenance requests through our online portal or concierge team. All requests are addressed promptly by on-site staff.

Yes. With a Walk Score of 85, The Galatyn offers easy access to Turtle Creek, the Katy Trail, SMU, and nearby museums. A Bike Score of 83 also makes the neighborhood convenient to explore on two wheels.

Utilities, Internet & Insurance

AT&T is the exclusive provider for internet and cable services. Residents are responsible for setting up their own service.

Residents select and manage their own electricity provider. Electricity is not included in the lease.

These utilities—as well as pest control—are billed monthly through a third-party service provider. Residents receive a separate invoice for these services.

Yes. All residents must provide proof of renters insurance with at least $100,000 in liability coverage. The Galatyn must be listed as an additional interested party on the policy.
